When the Erkens family purchased their 1960’s home, they knew it needed cosmetic and functional updates. After contacting our team at Bartron Builders, we collaborated on solutions to bring their fixer-upper back to life, which included kitchen and bathroom remodels and finishing a custom attic space for the whole family.

A member of the Bartron Builders team, typically Jarrod, will join you on-site to walk through and discuss in detail your desired project. Whether you already have plans drawn or looking to start from scratch, we can take your ideas and create a concept that is not only your desired design but also structurally sound, functional, and adheres to all building regulations.
Depending on the size and type of project at hand, the help of an architect may be needed to finalize designs. We have a group of architects we have worked with closely for years, or we are happy to work with any architect/designers that you bring to the table.
Another aspect of the design process will be the selections you make. The scope of work will determine what items you may need to select. Examples are tile, countertops, cabinet designs, flooring, and light fixtures are items we will have you meet with our vendors to choose. The selections you make will tie into finalizing your budget.
After your first consultation, we will build and share with you a detailed proposal for the project at hand. From that point, revisions may be made to include your selections and any other changes you'd like to make to the scope of work. Once you're satisfied with the quoted cost and scope, we are ready to move on to the next step!
After accepting our proposal, your project will be put into our schedule. Material lead times and sub-contractors' schedules will help us determine the best time to begin your project for optimal efficiency. Once we are ready to start your project, we will introduce you to your project manager. This can take place remotely or in person. Our team will use a software called Buildertrend to manage all of the details of your project. This includes scheduling, financials, communications, and more.
