Initial Meeting
A member of the Bartron Builders team, typically Jarrod, will join you on-site to walk through and discuss in detail your desired project. Whether you already have plans drawn or looking to start from scratch, we can take your ideas and create a concept that is not only your desired design but also structurally sound, functional, and adheres to all building regulations.
Design & Budget
Depending on the scope of your project, an architect may be needed to finalize the design. We work with a trusted group of architects and designers and are also happy to collaborate with professionals you already have. During this phase, you’ll make key selections based on the scope of work, such as tile, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, and lighting, working directly with our preferred vendors to help finalize your budget.
After your initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope and cost. Revisions can be made to reflect your selections and any changes you’d like to make. Once you’re comfortable with the scope and pricing, we’re ready to move on to the next step.
Bringing Your Vision to Life
Once your proposal is approved, your project is scheduled based on material lead times and subcontractor availability. You’ll then be introduced to your project manager, either in person or remotely.
We manage your project through Buildertrend to keep scheduling, finances, and communication organized. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality space you’ll enjoy for years to come.
